2. Data processed

The Site has no forms and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We only process:

• technical data logged by the server when you visit the Site (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type);
• the content of the emails you choose to send us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Operating and securing the Site: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR).
• Answering your messages: legitimate interest, or steps taken before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Recipients

Data is processed by NOMA CREATIVA S.L. and its processors: the hosting provider of the Site and our email provider. It is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

• Technical logs: as long as needed to keep the Site secure, according to the hosting provider’s settings.
• Emails: as long as needed to answer your request, then for a maximum of 3 years.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@noma-creativa.es or to our postal address. We may ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubts. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.
