1. Site owner
In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the site www.noma-creativa.es (the “Site”) is owned by NOMA CREATIVA S.L., a Spanish single-member limited liability company with a share capital of 3.000 €, registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry under sheet B-660273, tax ID (CIF) B75294942, with its registered office at Ronda General Mitre 126, 6.ª planta, 08021 Barcelona, Spain.

2. Registered office history
Until 2026, the registered office was at Calle Fuerteventura 4, 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), and the company was registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry. The transfer to Barcelona was executed by notarial deed on 29 January 2026 and registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry on 7 July 2026.
3. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents NOMA CREATIVA S.L. and its activity. It does not provide any comparison or contracting service: these services are provided on the comparison sites listed on the home page, each under its own terms of use.
4. Links
The Site links to the comparison sites published by NOMA CREATIVA S.L. and to the website of its partner, papernest. NOMA CREATIVA S.L. is not responsible for the content of third-party websites.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design and logo of the Site belong to NOMA CREATIVA S.L. and may not be reproduced without its permission. The Quicksand and Inter typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Liability
The information on the Site is general. NOMA CREATIVA S.L. corrects any error as soon as it becomes aware of it and is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this information.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence; in all other cases, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
